We just love this stunning cocktail.  It tastes as good as it looks and can be a real show stopper when you bring out a tray of these!

You will need a premium dry gin like Triple Six, Blue Carcao and Vermouth to make this beautiful blue cocktail.  Vermouth gives this drink a strong botanical flavour of herbs and bark so you can leave out the Vermouth if you like your cocktails to be a little less herby.

You will need 4 parts Dry Gin to 1-part Blue Carcao and 1 part Vermouth.  Add to a shaker with ice, shake then pour in to traditional martini glasses.  Add a garnish of your choice, we love florals but a maraschino cherry would be perfect too.
