A festive twist on a summertime staple.
Mix 750ml of white wine (we'd recommend a pinot grigio or a sauvignon blanc) with 250ml of Triple Six - it sounds like a lot but trust us. Top up with 500ml of soda water, 500ml of apple juice and 50ml of vanilla syrup. Cut up 2 fresh pears and apples, before adding them into the mix with 3 cinnamon sticks and a couple star anise. Don't forget to add your dried orange slices for an extra festive feel!
